So if you’ve seen my recent Instagram post you might have noticed that I’ve been exercising quite a bit now and have managed to lose the weight that was covering my abs and build the muscle up a bit. Now I wasn’t actively exercising before the quarantine started besides constantly lifting the 15kg bags of dog food where I work normally, but since this quarantine started I’ve been working out regularly too.

Luckily, or unluckily depending on how you look at it, I’m still working so I’m not cooped up in the house all the time. However, I have had to cut down my hours quite a lot, and now I’ve had a couple of days off of work, I’m finding myself sitting here wondering what I can do.
