I guess one of the few good points of quarantine is that everyone’s spending more time on social media, whether that’s on existing platforms like Instagram and TikTok, or new ones such as Spoon (a live and recorded podcast platform).

So if you’ve seen my recent Instagram post you might have noticed that I’ve been exercising quite a bit now and have managed to lose the weight that was covering my abs and build the muscle up a bit. Now I wasn’t actively exercising before the quarantine started besides constantly lifting the 15kg bags of dog food where I work normally, but since this quarantine started I’ve been working out regularly too.
