Now when I came across Rosemary Despres’ Instagram page, I knew I wanted to work with them. There’s something beautiful about unique floral handmade jewellery that really drew me to the pieces, so I dropped them a message and we made a plan to make the most of what we could do shoot wise during this quarantine and got to work.
I planned out the shoot a few days previous so I could work out what clothing went with which items of jewellery, along with where had the best lighting in my house as I was using my phone camera, and was very limited with equipment. When the jewellery arrived, it came packaged in cute little boxes, and really was as beautiful as I was expecting.
The three items of clothing I chose were all fairly floral anyway, and used the same tones as the jewellery so everything matched, hence, along with the lighting, the photos turned out rather well actually. I’ll be posting them all gradually on my Instagram, and they’ve already been posted on my TikTok (@oliviatucker136), so go check them out there!
The bottom line is, if you’re looking for a gift for yourself or someone else, I’d strongly suggest going to check out Rosemary Despres’ website and Instagram page, where you’ll come to realise that all the pieces are inspired by nature and wildlife, something we should all come to appreciate more! - Liv x
