Now there’s not many positives coming out of this quarantine it seems like, but I have found one. Quite a few photographers I’ve worked with in the past have been spending their time going through photos from past photo shoots and re-editing them. Coincidentally, we also all seem to be liking black and white photos at the moment, so there is an awful lot of those, but I think it’s good to have some variation in my insta feed so I’m quite happy with it all really.
These photos are from two of my favourite shoots I’ve been on, with Joren Stenerud and Abz Chakmakchi. Both shoots were also done in Exeter, which, being fairly local to me, is one of the best places to shoot around here really. You can get so much variation in locations, lighting and colour schemes that it really does make a great place to have a photoshoot.
One of the first things I’m going to do when this is all over is go for several photo shoots with some of my favourite photographers. Definitely going to have an Exeter shoot with Abz, and when Joren comes back to the UK to visit we’ll definitely have to arrange something then. There are loads of other photographers I was planning to shoot with too so I’m really looking forward to getting back out after all of this and getting some new sets of photos.
